About Me
I’m an author, executive coach, and management consultant. I have worked for a range of business media organizations. I now coach and offer training and consulting for organizations around the world.
My first career was in teaching and the performing arts. I am grateful to draw on these skills and experiences in my work in the corporate world to give me some unique insights and perspectives!
I am the author of the successful book focused on the business of law for legal departments Business Thinking in Practice for In-House Counsel: Taking Your Seat at The Table. (Globe Law & Business 2020) The book, focuses on the importance of the application of human centered business skills by legal departments and has received numerous accolades.
I provide consultancy services, training sessions and workshops on a range of subjects relating to human-centered skills in business. I frequently work with leading legal executive coaching and professional development consultancy, Chief Legal Executive, where I lead all professional development efforts working with many Global 100 and Fortune 500 legal departments.
